Bell staff - Avista Resort

AM/PM Shifts Available - Seasonal 

Hourly Rate $9.00 

Job Description - Bell staff are responsible for assisting guests during their stay. Bell staff shouldhave a positive attitude, be patient, and aim to help others. Having goodpeople skills, a penchant for socializing, and being organized is required. Bell staff work closely with the front desk staff, management, and other hotel departmentsto provide guest assistance with luggage and miscellaneous needs. Often thefirst and last person a guest sees while staying at the hotel is the Bell staff,so a friendly welcoming smile is a must.

Job Responsibilities -

  •          Assist guests with check-in and check-outprocedures
  •          Greet quest in a friendly manner
  •          Provide assistance with luggage
  •          Assist with deliveries of items to guest rooms
  •          Communicate guest requests with the appropriatedepartment in a clear and timely manner
  •          Follow allcompany safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenanceproblems/safety hazards.

Requirements -

  •         Previous hospitality experiencepreferred but not required
  •         Having an awareness of local attractions andrestaurants and being able to make recommendations for the guests is a plus
  •          Strong communication skills, both written andverbal are essential, additional languages can be helpful
  •          Ability to work in a multi-tasking, fast-pacedenvironment
  •          Available to work all shifts, includingweekends, evenings, and holidays
  •          Must have a Valid Driver's License
