Job Summary:
Avid Technology Professionals is seeking a System Engineer 3 to lead Systems Engineering efforts. The role requires expertise in network engineering and a strong background in planning and execution of complex engineering projects.
Responsibilities:
• Must have Network Engineer skills, knowledge of switches, understanding of processing traffic.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must have Network Engineer skills
• Knowledge of switches
• Understanding of processing traffic
• Twenty (20) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
• Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
• TS/SCI with NSA Full Scope
• Recent Polygraph (<5 years) required
• CCA Status Accepted: No
Preferred:
• Knowledge of field sites preferred
