As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll serve as a key contributor to maintaining quality standards across the supply chain and operational processes. Your expertise will help safeguard product integrity, support regulatory compliance, and ensure production schedules stay on track.

What You'll Do
Quality Assurance & Supplier Oversight
  • Perform source inspections at supplier locations to verify product conformity and compliance requirements.
  • Validate and implement containment actions that protect production flow and reduce operational disruptions.
  • Monitor supplier quality performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Quality Systems & Compliance
  • Ensure accurate traceability and documentation of non-conformances.
  • Support adherence to regulatory quality standards and requirements, including FAA, TCCA, and related quality systems.
  • Identify potential quality risks early and proactively escalate concerns to key stakeholders.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Compile, analyze, and track quality data and program metrics.
  • Prepare monthly reports and quality performance summaries.
  • Maintain quality documentation, policies, procedures, and project-related records.
  • Support benchmarking activities and documentation mapping efforts.
Training & Process Support
  • Coordinate and deliver quality-related training programs and materials.
  • Support initiatives related to:
    • Supplier Quality Management (SQM)
    • Auditing
    • PMA and related quality activities
  • Develop presentations and training content for various audiences across the organization.
Continuous Improvement
  • Support rapid decision-making by providing clear, accurate quality information.
  • Contribute to special projects and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen processes, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Experience
  • Typically 3+ years of experience in a technical or quality-related field, including areas such as:
    • Quality Assurance
    • Technical Documentation
    • Technical Writing
    • Technology Support
    • Process Improvement
    • Website Development or similar analytical environments
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in data compilation, analysis, and program tracking.
  • Advanced reporting skills using:
    • Microsoft Word

  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
Quality & Compliance Knowledge
  • Experience with policy and procedure development and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of benchmarking methodologies and documentation mapping.

  • Familiarity with Quality Assurance methodologies, interpretation techniques, and quality system processes.
