Job description

You will be the Fixed Wing Aviation Program Director for the SOF GLSS 2 Aviation Mission Area. Our team is responsible for managing a $450M program portfolio across AC/HC130J, MH6, MH60 and MH47 platforms, delivering cost, schedule and quality excellence while optimizing culture and partner collaboration.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Fixed Wing Aviation Program Director you will be responsible for leading all phases of the program portfolio, driving strategic planning, and ensuring successful execution of task orders.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Direct cost, schedule, and quality management for a $450M portfolio.

  • Optimize team culture and partner collaboration with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

  • Lead proposal development, program planning, and estimating activities.

  • Oversee execution of task orders and adapt to rapid changes in mission requirements.

  • Develop and implement enterprisewide policies and procedures to achieve strategic goals.
