We are looking for an Aviation Project Manager that has a desire to apply their technical design and management experience, while actively engaging their entrepreneurial spirit. Directs and coordinates activities of design disciplines and construction teams on projects of varying sizes, with a focus on aircraft hangars, MRO, FBO, GSE, and flight kitchen facilities.
Responsibilities include:
  • Communicates and coordinates with team all deliverables as well as scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Direct coordination with clients and other external partners.
  • May lead or assist in pursuit/proposal management and contract negotiations.
  • Assist in direction of project planning, budgeting, and establishing critical project objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, and/or construction management or equivalent years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 7 years related experience, 10 years experience preferred, including resident engineering and/or field experience on airport facility projects.
  • Minimum 5 or more years managing complex airport and airline projects, with a focus on aircraft hangars, MRO, FBO, GSE, and flight kitchen facilities.
  • Project size may vary. Resident engineering and/or field experience on airport facility projects.
  • Must have ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of industry, government and public contacts on project-related matters.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Strong leadership, problem solving and project finance skills.
  • Solid understanding of FAA criteria is required.
  • Professional Registration preferred.

Compensation Range
$150,000-$300,000
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
