What You Will Do:
Serve as Deputy Program Manager for a high-profile federal program, working alongside senior leaders to drive performance and strategy. Support team development and process improvements, especially in foreign affairs and budget alignment. Take the lead on aviation operations, ensuring safe,complaint, and well-coordinated activities in a complex, high-stakes environment. Help turn data into practical recommendations and modernize how the program manages people, work, and technology.
What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD securityclearance

  • Bachelor's degreein an aviationrelated field or FOUR (4) years aviation operations experience in lieu of the degree

  • FIVE (5) years or more of relevant professional experience, including at least TWO (2) years supporting military, civil, or international aviation programs.

  • Experience managing and coordinating aviation programs, including oversight of flight log maintenance, airworthiness, and documentation compliancein accordance withprogram requirements.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Active PMP Certification (or equivalent)orcomparable certification in aviation operations.

  • Prior experience within a U.S. Embassy Defense Attache Office or a comparable defense liaison environment

  • Advance degree in relevant field

  • FAA certifications or equivalent aviation-safety or management credentials

  • Demonstrated familiarity with FAA regulations, international civilian aviation procedures, and interagency operational coordination

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
