We’re seeking a highly experienced Chief Inspector to lead inspection and quality oversight within our FAA Part 145 Repair Station. This role is critical to maintaining compliance across FAA, EASA, and UK CAA regulatory frameworks, while supporting ongoing operations, customer audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all inspection functions within the repair station
  • Ensure full compliance with 14 CFR Part 145, EASA Part-145, and UK CAA requirements
  • Maintain and enforce the Repair Station Quality Control Manual (RSQCM) and associated procedures
  • Approve maintenance release documentation (FAA Form 8130-3 / EASA Form 1 as applicable)
  • Lead and manage regulatory and customer audits
  • Supervise inspection personnel and ensure proper training and qualifications
  • Work closely with senior leadership on operational and quality initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to interface with regulatory authorities and auditors
  • A&P License strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, documentation, and audit management skills

What We’re Looking For

  • A compliance-driven leader with a deep understanding of multi-authority operations
  • Someone who thrives in a structured, audit-intensive environment
  • Hands-on leadership with strong operational awareness

Compensation

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Long-term opportunity within a stable, established aviation organization
