Who is HydroScout? HydroScout is a third-party inspection and leak detection company with over 30 years of extensive industry experience. We partner with building and insurance professionals throughout Florida to provide efficient cause of loss and building diagnostic inspections. We determine the cause of loss for all types of water and sewer related insurance claims, including roof and drain leaks, slab leaks, floor damage and other moisture related issues. Our unbiased reports provide our clients with documentation that specifically address the cause of the problem and the related damage.


Responsibilities:

Complete an “on the job apprenticeship” and continuing education.

Perform on site field inspections of residential and commercial properties.

Provide professional quality written reports.

Provide excellent customer service.


Requirements:

Basic knowledge of construction and plumbing.

Willingness to complete on the job training and continuing education.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Must be able to pass a third-party background check.

Motivated and the ability to work unsupervised.

Physically able to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder and enter tight spaces.

Valid FL driver's license with good driving record.

  • Leak Detection: 2 years (preferred)
