• Actively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement client-centric care plans that consider unique individual needs and support optimal mental health outcomes.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of client cases, participating in strategic discussions to identify and develop effective therapeutic interventions.
• Provide clients and their families with essential resources and guidance to enhance mental health literacy, equipping them to navigate challenges effectively.
• Stay updated on advancements in mental health care practices to refine methodologies and therapeutics used in client interactions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress and adherence to care plans in compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.

In this role, you will work predominantly with underserved populations, including older adults and individuals facing mental health challenges. • Possession of an accredited Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a recognized institution is required.
• An active LCSW license in the state of Nevada is mandatory to practice within our clinic.

• Expertise in clinical evaluations, with a thorough understanding of developing and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to client needs.

While the minimum required experience is two years in a clinical or counseling environment, candidates with substantial hands-on experience in community mental health settings will be favored.
