Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer
Job Location: Pleasanton, CA 94588
Contract Duration: 11 months

Summary:
The Full Stack Java Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-quality applications while working on client-facing engagements. This role requires strong expertise in full stack development, including backend and frontend technologies, and the ability to lead workstreams focused on process improvement and transformation. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure best coding practices, and contribute to building secure, maintainable, and high-performing applications.
Responsibilities:
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.
Will be responsible for creating maintainable, adaptable, scalable, defect-free code using software development best practices and coding standards (i.e. software reuse, refactoring, continuous integration, test automation, secure development, Test Driven Development, static code analysis, peer/code review).
Design and develop key application components such as Java, Javascript, Angular, HTML, Spring, Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, GitHub, Docker, Identify & Access Management (IAM)
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
7+ years' experience working as a Java Full Stack Developer creating maintainable, adaptable, scalable, defect-free code using software development best practices and coding standards.
7+ years' experience of JavaScript, Angular, and HTML
7+ years' experience of experience with Spring, Node.js, MySQL
7+ years' experience of experience with MongoDB, GitHub, Docker, and Identify & Access Management (IAM)
Must be able to work onsite in Pleasanton, CA.

Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
