Job Description
Job Title: MRI Technologist
Profession: Radiology / Cardiology

Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:00 - 15:30; 09:00 - 17:30)
Experience: Minimum of 3 years
License: NC or Compact license pending is acceptable
Certifications: ARRT MR, BLS
Must-Have:
- Experience in Adult Outpatient
- Skills in Musculoskeletal imaging focusing on Hip/Bony Pelvis and Knee
- Knowledge and skills in preparation and/or administration of contrast media
- Spine skills including Cervical, Lumbar, Sacrum/Coccyx, and Thoracic
Description:
RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite.
Any call-offs or additional RTO may lead to a cancelation.
The expected start date is subject to change based on schedule availability.
Travelers may start on a Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of the first week.
Candidates must be fully available to accommodate any schedule changes.
Missing any portion of orientation may result in a delayed or canceled start.
Confirmation of the final start date will be provided on the Tuesday prior to the start week.
Average daily census is 25 with 2 rooms available for use.
This position offers 40 hours per week and accepts 13-week contracts.
No weekend, float, or call requirements are present for this position.
The patient age group includes adults and geriatrics.
Patient diagnoses will focus on spine only.
Special equipment includes PACS, Visage, and Philips Ingenia 1.5T MRI units.
Candidates must be open to floating within or near facilities as needed.
Travel pairs are allowed, provided they are assigned to different units.
Pre-start modules are non-billable and should be completed separately from orientation hours.
All modules must be completed online using a compatible browser.
