  • Flexible, rotating on-call schedule

  • EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)

  • Focus on continuity, preventive care, and chronic condition management

  • Multidisciplinary, team-based care for primarily Medicare-aged patients

Candidate Qualifications
  • 2 years previous experience

  • DEA and CDS licensure (if required)

  • Current CPR and BLS certifications

  • Proficient with EMR systems, preferably eCW

  • Experience with Medicare Advantage, HEDIS, MRA, and ICD-10 coding

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
