Now hiring BHTS for all shifts at Avenues Recovery!
What You'll Do
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.)
  • Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment
  • Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff
  • Record and escalate any critical communication/ incidents in a timely manner
  • Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.)

What We're Looking For
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred
  • If in recovery, a minimum one - year period of sustained sobriety required
  • Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
  • Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality
  • Dignified character that models recovery principles
