Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for an AV Technician to join an IT services and consulting company. This is a fully onsite job in Washington DC. This role is is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex audio-visual systems within commercial and enterprise environments. Responsibilities of the AV Technician: * Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial AV systems.
* Perform preventative maintenance, firmware updates, and system health checks.
* Diagnose and resolve audio, video, control system, conferencing, and network-related issues.
* Restore system functionality while meeting customer service expectations and SLAs.
* Identify root causes of recurring problems and recommend long-term solutions. Qualifications of the AV Technician: * 7+ years of enterprise AV experience
* Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
* Recognized technical expert with broad knowledge across multiple AV platforms and technologies.
* Serves as the primary escalation point for advanced troubleshooting and complex system issues. Compensation for the AV Technician: * $75,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
