Our client is seeking an experienced Manager of Audio and Visual Technology to lead the support, operations, and strategic management of conference and audiovisual services across global office locations. This role is a ON-SITE POSITION and responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of conference technology solutions, managing AV infrastructure, supporting video conferencing platforms, and leading a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations and support activities for the Conference Technology team.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain conference technology policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Oversee conference room technology, audiovisual systems, video conferencing platforms, and related equipment.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of meetings, events, and conference services.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of technology-related concerns.
  • Manage conference technology inventory, maintenance schedules, and equipment lifecycle planning.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a customer-focused service environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of related conference technology, AV, or unified communications experience from a multi-location environment across multiple time zones
  • At least 3 years of people management or supervisory experience of a team of 3+
  • Strong expertise with video conferencing and collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx, Poly, and Crestron.
  • Knowledge of AV systems, VoIP technologies, IP networking, and unified communications.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
