At WH Technologies, we don’t install “AV systems.”
We design and deliver fully integrated, design-driven technology experiences for some of the most beautiful homes and spaces in North Texas.
We are looking for a driven, detail-obsessed Junior AV Technician who wants to be part of a team that operates at a higher level—where craftsmanship, precision, and client experience matter.
This is not an entry-level “helper” role.
This is for someone who wants to learn fast, execute at a high level, and grow into a top-tier technician in the luxury integration space.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist in the installation and integration of high-end AV, lighting, shading, and control systems
  • Execute clean, precise wiring (Cat6, speaker wire, fiber, etc.) with attention to detail and aesthetics
  • Support rack builds, device mounting, TV installations, and system commissioning
  • Work alongside senior technicians to learn system design, troubleshooting, and programming basics
  • Represent WH Technologies on job sites with professionalism and pride in your work
  • Ensure every install meets our standard: clean, reliable, and invisible
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (must be able to get to job sites across DFW)
  • Hands-on experience in AV installation (residential or commercial)
  • Strong understanding of low-voltage wiring fundamentals
  • Ability to use tools safely and effectively (drills, testers, termination tools, etc.)
  • Physically able to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in construction environments
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and accountability
What Sets You Apart (Highly Valued)

  • Experience with Savant systems
  • Basic understanding of AV system programming or configuration
  • Certifications (or working toward them), such as:
  • CEDIA certifications
  • Networking certifications (CompTIA, Ubiquiti, etc.)
  • Experience with:
  • Structured wiring and rack builds
  • Networking (routers, switches, access points)
  • Lighting control or motorized shades
  • A mindset of continuous improvement and pride in craftsmanship
Who You Are

  • You care about the details most people miss
  • You don’t cut corners—ever
  • You take ownership of your work and want to get better every day
  • You’re coachable, sharp, and move with urgency and purpose
  • You want to build a career—not just have a job
What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience in luxury residential and commercial projects
  • Exposure to high-performance systems and top-tier technology
  • Mentorship from experienced professionals in the industry
  • A clear path to grow into a lead technician or system programmer
  • The opportunity to be part of a company that is raising the standard in DFW
Why WH Technologies

We believe technology should disappear into the design while delivering a flawless experience.
Our work is intentional, clean, and built to last—and we expect the same mindset from our team.
If you’re looking for a place where:
  • Quality matters more than speed
  • Details matter more than shortcuts
  • And your growth actually matters
Then we want to hear from you.
