Greenhouses use innovative technologies such as touch screen displays, lighting, sound, and collaboration, combined with behavioral methods, analytics, and experienced facilitation to create an experience that can bring about extraordinary results for clients.
This is an in-office role which works 100% onsite (five days a week) at our Deloitte University campus in Westlake, TX.
Work you'll do
  • Provide white-glove technology customer service and advanced technical support for all Greenhouse labs, both in-person and virtually (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex), ensuring a seamless client experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate with lab teams to plan, set up, test, and support audio-visual (AV) and technology solutions for Greenhouse labs, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Crestron processors, NVX systems, DM switchers, Biamp DSPs, AV network infrastructure, USB extenders, and collaboration software.
  • Monitor the status and performance of all rooms and AV systems, proactively addressing equipment issues and ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Coordinate inventory management, quality control, packing, shipping, and maintenance of all AV equipment and mobile technologies.
  • Schedule, communicate with, and oversee AV vendors for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
  • Assist in the creation, updating, and delivery of technology guides, training materials, and team trainings for both local and national Greenhouse teams.
  • Provide remote and on-site support for national Greenhouse locations, including mobile event technology deployments.
  • Assist in supporting key Greenhouse Technology Team initiatives (e.g., TPRM, SSDLC, KPI reporting, resourcing).
  • Contribute in technology exploration and research of emerging AV solutions, identifying new technologies and innovative use cases for Greenhouse implementation.
  • Assist with onboarding of new teammates, displaying polished communication and soft skills.

Customer Experience
The Greenhouse IT support team plays a critical role in the facilitation of technology in Greenhouse lab sessions. Support teams ensures that lab sessions are successful using the technology and provide a "trusted technical advisor" relationship with Greenhouse facilitation teams, creating breakthrough experiences for our clients.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Associates degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of various technology experience: with technologies including, but not limited to, networking, Windows, Apple IOS, Crestron systems, Smart Displays, and/or other in-room technologies combined with advanced troubleshooting of AV and/or IT systems and technologies including touch displays, iOS devices, Mac, and Windows PCs.
  • Onsite at Westlake, TX Deloitte office with ability to work overtime, including nights and weekends as needed (e.g. provide after-hours support on a rotational basis with occasional travel required to offices in local geography).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
  • Experience in the development of operational procedures and aptitude to develop performance measures to quantify service performance.
  • Demonstrates a client-service attitude and aptitude.
  • Ability to follow standards, processes, and procedures within the scope of T&I Visual Technologies teams.
  • Demonstrate in-depth expertise in A/V control systems and integrated audio systems and hardware, with a strong background in system design, configuration, and integration.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology related field.
