How You’ll Contribute:

The Field Implementation Manager (FIM) is responsible for overall field execution leadership, ensuring that installation activities are properly planned, coordinated, and executed in alignment with project schedules, engineering designs, and client expectations.

As the primary field leader, you will manage labor resources, sequence installation activities, and drive accountability for execution quality, safety, and performance. You will work in close partnership with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and Installation Technicians to deliver successful outcomes across complex, high-visibility projects.

This is a high-impact leadership role that requires strong operational discipline, technical understanding, and the ability to lead teams in demanding environments.

What You’ll Bring:

Education & Certifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

 

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial AV systems installation
  • 3+ years’ experience in field leadership in an AV, construction, or technical environment
  • Deep understanding of installation workflows and project delivery
  • 3+ years’ experience in commercial construction trades and settings
  • Proficient in MS tools such as excel, word, etc.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and execution under pressure
  • Travel up to 30% of the time is required
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license in their state of residence.
  • Climb and work off ladders, elevated platforms lift 50lbs,
