About the Role

We’re seeking an Account Executive to grow our AV and automation business across commercial environments like offices, entertainment venues, education, and government. You’ll represent GBS’s ability to design and deliver fully integrated AV systems from boardrooms and digital signage to complex audio/video infrastructure tied into IT and security.
This role combines sales creativity with technical coordination to help clients bring experiences to life.

What You'll Do

  • Drive sales of AV systems including displays, control systems, video conferencing, digital signage, and automation
  • Develop trusted relationships with architects, developers, and business leaders
  • Lead generation through all relevant outlets with an emphasis on relationship development
  • Walk-throughs, and system scoping alongside AV engineers and designers
  • Identify opportunities for integrated systems across AV, IT & Security
  • Own the proposal, presentation, and close process from initial contact to handoff

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience selling commercial AV systems or related solutions
  • Familiarity with AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron), signal flow, and systems design
  • Comfortable in technical environments with architects, facilities, and IT teams
  • Knowledge of AV/IT convergence and ability to position integration as a differentiator
  • Experience in sectors like education, entertainment, hospitality, or Class A office is a plus
