The work setting for this role is a vibrant outpatient office, where you will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing comprehensive women's health services. You will interact closely with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative personnel to ensure seamless patient experiences. The onsite environment fosters collaboration and communication, allowing for efficient patient care and team support.

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments tailored to women's health, including patient history documentation and physical assessment techniques as per departmental protocols.
• Perform advanced clinical procedures relevant to women’s health such as IUD insertions, Nexplanon placements, colposcopies, endometrial biopsies, and pessary fittings, ensuring a high standard of care.
• Work collaboratively with supervising physicians and healthcare providers to devise and implement individualized care plans, offering insights on complex medical issues.
• Champion patient advocacy by considering diverse psychosocial and cultural factors that influence health decisions, thereby enhancing the patient care experience.
• Engage in care coordination efforts with other clinicians and auxiliary health services to ensure continuity of care for patients.
• Maintain and update patient documentation through advanced computer systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with health regulations.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and safety by adhering to legal guidelines and protocol during all aspects of patient care.
• Remain level-headed during medical emergencies, utilizing established protocols to effectively manage patient care challenges.
• Exemplify a service-oriented approach in interactions, reinforcing our ethos of excellence in patient-centered care.

Our patient population includes women at various life stages, from adolescence to post-menopause, with varying health concerns including reproductive health, preventive care, and chronic conditions. We focus on providing a safe and comfortable environment where women can openly discuss their health needs and receive personalized care.

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia or eligibility to practice in Georgia.
• Completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or an equivalent educational program.
• 1 year of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in women’s health.

• Experience in a clinical outpatient setting with a focus on women’s health services.
• Proficiency in advanced women's health procedures and the ability to operate health technology and documentation systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Your expertise will be recognized with a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $220,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
