Job description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Services Team. You will be the driving force behind keeping our technology projects organized, on schedule, and delivered with an exceptional customer experience. You'll work directly with assigned engineers, customers, and vendors, owning the coordination of every project from kickoff call to final invoice.

This is a people-first, detail-driven role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely loves making things run smoothly. You will NOT be responsible for writing project scopes. All statement of works are pre-written and customer approved. Your job is to execute the plan brilliantly.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and lead internal and external project kickoff calls
  • Coordinate and schedule assigned engineers across active projects
  • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate third-party vendors and hold them accountable to timelines
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and status updates
  • Communicate project updates to customers proactively and clearly
  • Resolve conflicts and manage escalations with a calm, solutions-first approach
  • Manage project invoicing upon completion in coordination with the finance team
  • Maintain accurate project documentation in our PSA/project management tools

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a project coordination, operations, or dispatch role, VAR/MSP experience strongly preferred
  • Outstanding organizational skills, you don't miss details and you don't miss deadlines
  • Strong communicator, written, verbal, and everything in between
  • Experience coordinating vendors and managing outside parties
  • Comfortable leading meetings and driving conversations with customers and internal teams
  • Proven ability to handle conflict with professionalism and empathy
  • Familiarity with PSA or project management tools (ConnectWise, Autotask, or similar)
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously without losing your cool
