Job description

Solution Architect / Sr. Tech Lead Hybrid Workload Orchestration

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite/Hybrid Preferred)

Lead the architecture and delivery of a hybrid workload orchestration solution enabling seamless orchestration between legacy ETL/job schedulers and modern cloud data platforms during enterprise cloud migration.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years in Data Engineering/Platform Architecture with 3+ years in hybrid orchestration.
  • Expertise in Databricks Workflows, Apache Airflow, or Google Cloud Platform Pipelines.
  • Experience integrating Control-M, AutoSys, or IBM Tivoli with cloud orchestration.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Kafka, Delta Lake/Iceberg.
  • Proven ownership of production SLAs, failover, dependency management, and escalation processes.
  • Excellent client-facing, solution architecture, and technical leadership skills.
