Job Summary:
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming military capabilities with advanced technology. The Mission Ops Engineer will manage customer relationships, orchestrate product deployments, and collaborate with various teams to ensure mission success in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Orchestrate the deployment of our products.
• Grow your business through customer success.
• Shape our products to meet mission needs.
• Collaborate across nearly every Anduril team.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in military and/or civilian environments
• High levels of organization and task management
• Ability to remain optimistic and resilient in austere environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize complex logistics networks
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with emerging technologies in defense and their logistical implications
• Able to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Ability to obtain up to a Top Secret clearance
• Ability to relocate as needed
• Eligible for DoW SkillBridge Program
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Aviation Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency with autonomous systems or unmanned vehicles
• Experience with logistics software and inventory management systems
