We are looking for experiencedย Commercial drivers for our on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company, to be at the forefront of turning the company's vision into reality.ย

In this role, you'll always ensure safety, maintain vehicle readiness, complete software and hardware tests, and represent our client's brand as an ambassador to the public. You'll also assist and interact with multiple teams across the company, from computer vision, infrastructure, and sound design to strategy, vehicle engineering, and ride operations.ย 
ย 

We're looking for commercialย drivers who are disciplined, team players. Working in this role will give you the opportunity to learn vehicle and personnel operations. You'll have a front-row seat to the operational complexities of realizing autonomous mobility and the chance to contribute to the future.

Shifts:ย 
AM Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
PM Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
7 days a week

Day to Day Operations as a Commercial Driver:

  • Drive test vehicles for 4โ€“8 hours daily on predefined routes, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections to confirm roadworthiness and address any maintenance needs.
  • Conduct basic software operations to support real-time data collection.
  • Accurately document observations, issues, and anomalies encountered during test runs.
  • Collaborate with engineers, providing valuable feedback to enhance system performance.
  • Assist with vehicle logistics, maintenance coordination, and storage.

  • Comfortable driving for extended periods (4โ€“8 hours per day)
  • No moving violations within the past 12 months, DUIs, or criminal record
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and strict safety guidelines
  • Ability to work onsite in both Mountain View and San Francisco.
