We are seeking Automotive Sales Professional's in the D.C. metro-area to deliver an exceptional customer experience, build lasting customer relationships, generate new business opportunities, and achieve sales goals.


Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
  • Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
  • Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
  • Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards

Qualifications

  • 2 years of sales experience in the Automotive industry preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
  • Confidence in your ability to be successful.
