We’re seeking a skilled Bilingual Automotive Service Advisor (English/Spanish) to join our team and enhance customer experiences while driving operational efficiency. This role combines technical expertise, exceptional communication, and a passion for delivering top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication in English and Spanish about vehicle issues, repair processes, and service recommendations.
  • Schedule appointments, manage workflow, and coordinate with technicians to optimize shop productivity.
  • Provide accurate cost and time estimates, explain technical details in layman’s terms, and handle billing.
  • Proactively recommend maintenance services (e.g., oil changes, brake inspections) while respecting customer preferences and budgets.
  • Resolve concerns, manage follow-ups, and maintain detailed records of interactions and repairs.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (Spanish a plus) (written and spoken).
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive service advisement, customer service, or related roles.
  • Foundational knowledge of automotive systems/repairs (ASE certification or technical training is a plus).
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skill.
  • Proficiency with automotive software and office tools Google Workspace).
