We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Window Tint Installer.  The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing automotive window films and a strong commitment to high-quality workmanship. This role requires precision, efficiency, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

· Install automotive window tint film on vehicles, ensuring clean, bubble-free, and accurate application

· Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, removing debris, and performing any necessary pre-installation tasks

· Interpret and follow tint specifications, patterns, and customer preferences

· Cut tint films using plotter systems or by hand-cutting techniques

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace 

· Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company and industry quality standards

· Communicate professionally with customers regarding installation options, care instructions, and aftercare

· Uphold company branding, quality expectations, and Premier Vehicle Installation service standards

· Assist with additional vehicle enhancement services (PPF, wraps, accessories) as needed, depending on skill set

· Stay updated on new products, tools, and techniques in the automotive tinting industry

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED

· 2 years of proven experience in automotive window tint installation 

· Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Excellent eye-hand coordination and dexterity

· Keen attention to detail

· Must listen and follow instructions well

· Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

· Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees

· Ability to stand/kneel/walk/sit for extended periods

· Ability to use hands and fingers for extended periods

· Must be able to lift 25 pounds

Compensation and Benefits:
