Join the Dahl Auto team in La Crosse, WI as an Experienced Automotive Express Technician and enjoy all that our state-of-the-art shop has to offer, including a bright, well-lit work area, top notch tools and equipment, and a fun and energetic work environment! We care about your success and will work with you to achieve your goals! Pay is highly competitive and dependent on your experience.
Responsibilities
  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
  • Perform quality multipoint inspections
  • Perform level 2 repairs and preventive maintenance on our guests' vehicles, including light diagnosis, brake replacement, tire replacement, tire repairs, light suspension repairs, alignments, all fluid services/flushes, etc.
  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed.
  • Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
  • Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications
  • Previous automotive technician experience
  • ASE Certification preferred
  • Looking for a highly motivated individual willing to learn and grow as a team member
  • Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively
