Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive new business growth by identifying prospects, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven B2B sales background, preferably in automotive software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the company's sales strategy and sales playbook.
  • Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and in-person meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Prepare pricing proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams for smooth implementation.
  • Understand customer business challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience selling software/SaaS solutions preferred.
