Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Automotive Service Writer to join our team. This position serves as the main point of contact between customers and the service department. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate clearly, manage multiple tasks, and help ensure every customer has a positive experience from check-in to vehicle pickup.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist with service needs
  • Write repair orders accurately and clearly
  • Communicate vehicle concerns between customers and technicians
  • Provide estimates for repairs and maintenance services
  • Schedule appointments and manage workflow
  • Keep customers updated on repair status and timelines
  • Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle condition
  • Process invoices and payments
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Help maintain a clean and professional front office environment
