Responsibilities

  • Assist the Service Director in leading the daily operations of a busy, high-volume Service Department.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors to achieve individual and departmental goals.
  • Ensure every customer receives an exceptional service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.
  • Review repair orders for accuracy, quality, and proper warranty administration.
  • Drive department profitability by effectively managing labor sales and overall performance.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while building long-term relationships that encourage repeat business.
  • Partner with the Parts Department to ensure efficient repair processes and timely vehicle completion.
  • Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards, dealership policies, and all safety regulations.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top-performing service team members.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
