Job Summary

We are seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team. The Service Advisor serves as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive service experience. This role involves interpreting customer concerns, preparing repair estimates, coordinating repairs, and explaining services and costs in a clear and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers upon arrival and discuss vehicle concerns and service needs
  • Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone
  • Interpret customer concerns and communicate vehicle issues to technicians
  • Estimate the cost and time required for a wide range of automotive repairs
  • Develop detailed repair estimates considering labor, materials, and supplies
  • Prepare and manage repair orders by accurately documenting vehicle problems and symptoms
  • Advise customers on proper vehicle maintenance and care
  • Recommend services or merchandise when appropriate
Qualifications & Skills
