We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor to lead the development of our advisor team through hands-on coaching, real-time training, and leadership on the service drive. • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid time off (vacation, holidays, and sick time)
  • Paid training and professional development
  • Employee discounts
  • Supportive leadership team
  • Opportunities for career growth and advancement
  • Positive, team-oriented work environment

What You'll Do:

  • Provide live, on-the-job coaching to Service Advisors throughout the day
  • Greet customers alongside the assigned Service Advisor and assist in creating a warm, professional first impression
  • Develop and deliver training for new and existing Service Advisors
  • Verify that all advisors review technician ASR (Additional Service Recommendation) photos and videos before sending repair estimates to customers

  • Create clear training materials, SOPs, and process guides
  • Coach advisors on communication, RO accuracy, upselling, and workflow
  • Partner with Service Management to identify additional training needs and implement development plans
  • Promote a positive, energetic, and team-oriented culture focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Maintain training schedules and support multiâ€'store training needs

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a high-performing Automotive Service Advisor is required
  • Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance, repairs, and dealership service operations
  • Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Experience with dealership management software, digital inspections, and service department technology is preferred
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
