Automotive Service Receptionist (Chillicothe, OH):

The role of our Service Receptionist is to respond effectively to all incoming, phone-sourced service inquiries that come to the dealership. The receptionist's goal is to generate a response, answer any questions the customer may have, and set a service appointment. This position is to be the first voice of the Nourse Service Department, therefore representatives must have an energetic and customer service driven personality. 

Receptionist's will work closely with our service advisors to schedule appointments and address customer concerns. Clear communication is extremely important in this role due to the nature of the information being relayed. In addition to scheduling appointments, they will maintain relationships with our customers by conducting follow-up calls to ensure quality and continuity throughout all appointments. This job mainly deals with high-volume phone inquiries, therefore call center experience is highly recommended.
