What You’ll Do
  • Build relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional buying experience
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and product knowledge
  • Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
  • Guide customers through the delivery process, ensuring full understanding of features, warranties, and paperwork
  • Stay up to date on inventory, features, and automotive technology
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
  • Collaborate with management, service, and reconditioning teams
  • Attend training and sales meetings to continuously improve
  • Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and applicable laws
