Job description

Job Title: Production SupervisorJob Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to lead operations. In this role, you will oversee a team of union employees, ensuring production goals are met safely and efficiently. You will play a critical role in managing daily operations, driving accountability, and maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise UAW employees across various areas of the plant
  • Manage a department of approximately 50–90 employees and oversee daily production activities
  • Ensure team members follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
  • Drive productivity and efficiency within material handling and production processes
  • Monitor workflow, address performance issues, and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in an automotive/fast paced facility
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence performance, and drive results

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
