  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring an outstanding service experience from start to finish.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs.
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
  • Communicate repair recommendations, costs, and timelines clearly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
  • Review completed work with customers and explain services performed.

  • Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience required.
  • Previous dealership experience is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to recommend maintenance and repairs needed.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and technology skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve performance objectives.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
