Gandrud Nissan is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Automotive Parts Counter Person to join our growing team. This role is critical to the success of our service and sales departments, ensuring technicians and customers receive the right parts, fast.

What You’ll Do
 
 
  • Assist retail and wholesale customers with automotive parts sales
  • Work closely with service technicians to source and supply correct OEM parts
  • Utilize electronic parts catalogs (EPC) to identify parts quickly and accurately
  • Process parts orders, invoices, and returns
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock organization
  • Receive, stock, and label incoming parts shipments
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
 
 

 
 
What You Need
 
 
  • Previous experience in an automotive parts department, dealership, or parts store (preferred)
  • Familiarity with OEM parts, Nissan parts systems, or EPC tools is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of automotive components and systems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Basic computer skills (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar systems preferred)
