Job description

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing parts operations within a dealership environment, with specific experience in Chevrolet parts management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, and distribution.
  • Ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing for optimal profitability.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise parts department staff.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate parts fulfillment.
  • Monitor and analyze parts sales performance and implement strategies for growth.
Qualifications
  • Chevrolet dealership parts management experience is required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in an automotive parts management role.
  • Strong knowledge of OEM parts systems and inventory management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ideal candidates will live in the Richmond, Rosenburg, Katy, Fulshear, and Wharton county area.
