Automotive Parts Specialist (Counter, Shipping & Inventory)

Titus-Will Toyota

Titus-Will Toyota is looking for a dependable, team-oriented Automotive Parts Specialist to join our Parts Department. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety throughout the day. You'll assist customers and technicians at the parts counter, manage shipping and receiving, maintain inventory, and provide support wherever it's needed to keep the department running efficiently.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday

What You'll Do

  • Assist technicians, service advisors, wholesale accounts, and retail customers with parts needs
  • Oversee parts sales from inquiry to completion
  • Answer phone calls and provide pricing, availability, and product information
  • Pull, fill, and process parts orders accurately and efficiently
  • Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments
  • Prepare and process outgoing shipments and returns
  • Maintain accurate inventory through routine stock, bin, and inventory checks
  • Review repair and body shop estimates to verify parts and pricing
  • Process customer payments and obtain credit authorizations when necessary
  • Float between various Parts Department responsibilities as business needs change
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while contributing to a collaborative team environment

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of automotive parts experience preferred
  • Experience with automotive retail parts sales (AutoZone, NAPA, O'Reilly, Advance Auto Parts, dealership parts departments, or similar environments strongly encouraged)
  • Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience is a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software
  • Ability to lift and move automotive parts throughout the day
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
