Job description

Desoto Collision Center is looking to add a motivated and dedicated member to our Team.The Automotive Paint Technician refinishes all repaired vehicles to DCC standards in accordance with factory and dealership specifications, using proper refinish equipment. Paint technician is responsible for refinishing of all assigned vehicles. Follow written work orders and prioritize work efficiently to meet target dates Perform refinish procedures according to factory specifications maintain acceptable cost per paint labor hour Follows proper refinishing procedures in compliance with OSHA guidelines

Follows vendor procedures to maintain tools and equipment including maintenance of paint booth filters. Maintains a clean organized work space. Proper management of material costs to maximize usage and control inventory.

Perfom other duties as assigned by Manager to ensure efficient and effective repairs
