Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive Sales Professional, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive customer satisfaction and business growth. In this energetic role, you will leverage your sales skills to connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the exciting process of purchasing high-quality vehicles.

Gator has 3 stores with 2 new car franchises, we keep our floor light to enable all of our salespeople to have the opportunity to make a great living.

We have been Brevard County's largest used car dealer for the last 20 years and have the largest used car inventory as well.

If you are looking for a sales position with no headaches, no hidden chargebacks, and an owner that wants you to make money this is the place for you.

Duties

  • Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to develop new business opportunities.
  • Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer preferences and needs.
  • Manage and nurture a comprehensive sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and deal progress.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize deals with customers, ensuring a smooth and transparent sales process.
  • Upsell additional products, services, or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Maintain detailed inventory management records and assist with inventory control to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand.
  • Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, public speaking engagements, and community outreach to attract new clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of the automotive industry sales process.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to engage customers effectively in person or via digital channels.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently in outside sales environments as well as collaboratively within a sales team management structure.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases.
