Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at SIKKY MANUFACTURING. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing operations, from production planning and scheduling to inventory management and quality control. You will work closely with our team of engineers, production staff, and suppliers to ensure that our products are manufactured to the highest standards and delivered on time to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in all areas of manufacturing operations

- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
