NPW is seeking a highly organized, driven, and experienced Operations Manager to join our team.By fostering effective communication and collaboration with these key departments, the Operations Manager contributes to the overall success of warehouse operations and organizational objectives. Who is NPW? NPW is a leading independent automotive aftermarket parts distributor. The Company has over 500 employees, 50 company owner locations in 14 states that include both stores and warehouses. NPW was founded in 1969 and has grown significantly through the successful completion of 30 acquisitions and organic endeavors. Responsibilities:The Operations Manager will also be responsible for accounts payables, account receivables and other office duties. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of current procedures and develop and implement operational policies.
