Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the 18-bay service department, ensuring maximum efficiency, workflow management, and shop productivity.
  • Lead, mentor, and recruit service advisors, technicians, and support staff to foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
  • Manage department profitability, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain strict inventory and warranty administration standards.
  • Champion Stellantis and BusinessLink OEM standards, maintaining elite Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
  • Ensure shop compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations.
  • Must be a person of the highest levels of personal and business honesty and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record as an Automotive Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or Lead Service Advisor at a high-volume dealership (dealership/OEM experience preferred).
  • Leadership: Strong team-building skills with a focus on coaching tech efficiency and advisor closing ratios.
  • Technical & Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with heavy-duty commercial service, EV vehicle maintenance, and warranty processes.
