Master Level Mechanic / Automotive Master Mechanic / Master Mechanic GENEROUS SIGN ON BONUS - up to $5,000!!! YEARLY RETENTION BONUS- up to $3,000!!! WILL PAY TOP DOLLAR FOR EXPERIENCE IN CHRYSLER!!!!! Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Georgesville, located in Columbus, OH, is now hiring Automotive Master Technicians - Chrysler Certification is preferred, but not required for this role. Their shop has expanded and the workload is increasing! They are adding a second shift to our rotation for those that are interested- 5:00 pm to 3:00 am. Job Responsibilities: Confer with customers or service advisors to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems, and to discuss work to be performed and future repair requirements Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Perform quality inspections of vehicle repairs prior to returning the vehicle to the customer Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the service advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Job Requirements: Chrysler certification HIGHLY PREFERRED but not required Minimum of 5 years Automotive Technician experience ASE Master Certification required if not FCA Master Certified Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Must have working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.) Must have a valid driverโ€™s license Must be able to diagnose and repair Dealership Commitment: Generous sign on bonus- up to $5,000!
