AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT
Rairdon's Honda of Sumner - Sumner, WA

We're currently looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our high-performing sales team. Whether you're a seasoned pro or someone looking to launch a career in the automotive industry, we provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.
Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $40,000.00 - $150,000.00; including 25% commission on Front Payable Gross; 5% commission on Back Payable Gross if 15 or more units are sold in a month and customer satisfaction criteria are met; subject to terms of pay plan.
60-day guarantee of $3,500.00 per month while you train according to terms of pay plan!
Continuous free training in sales and leadership. We have a promote-from-within culture. No automotive sales experience required! Huge potential for motivated individuals!
