What You’ll Do
As an Automotive Internet Sales Coordinator, you’ll help create an outstanding first impression for customers while supporting the dealership’s sales and service operations.
Customer Communication & Lead Management
  • Answer incoming customer calls and schedule appointments for the Sales Department
  • Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using dealership processes, scripts, and templates
  • Provide customers with initial vehicle and dealership information
  • Direct customers to the appropriate dealership resources and departments
  • Follow up with customers who are not yet ready to schedule or who missed appointments
CRM & Administrative Support
  • Utilize the dealership CRM system daily to track customer communication and appointments
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities
  • Assist with additional administrative and dealership support tasks as assigned by management
Team Support & Customer Experience
  • Assist with overflow Service Department calls and appointment scheduling according to dealership guidelines
  • Deliver a professional, positive, and customer-focused experience on every interaction
  • Support dealership sales goals through strong communication and appointment-setting skills
