Job Title: Automotive HVAC Technician

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive HVAC Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service that ensures passenger comfort and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnostics & Repair

  • Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot HVAC system issues using specialized diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Repair or replace defective HVAC components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, blower motors, controls, and ducting.
  • Recharge and service air conditioning systems, ensuring proper refrigerant levels and compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on vehicle HVAC systems, including filter replacements, belt inspections, and system performance checks.
  • Test and verify system performance after repairs or maintenance.
  • Follow all safety protocols and comply with EPA, OSHA, and local environmental regulations for refrigerant handling and disposal.
  • Maintain accurate repair and service records for compliance and customer documentation.
