Pay: $500 Per Install (DOE)

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer who takes pride in their work, is dependable, and wants to grow with a company that values integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
  • Install air conditioners, heat pumps, gas furnaces, evaporator coils, air handlers, and ductless mini-split systems.
  • Install and modify ductwork.
  • Follow manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Provide professional customer service on every job.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of HVAC installation experience required.
  • Experience installing:
  • Air Conditioners
  • Heat Pumps
  • Gas Furnaces
  • Evaporator Coils
  • Air Handlers
  • Ductless Mini-Split Systems
  • Ductwork
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnostic experience is a plus.
  • EPA Universal Certification preferred.
  • Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to qualify for our commercial vehicle insurance.
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance.
  • Must be able to read blueprints
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and communicate professionally with homeowners and business owners.
